I don't think this game will even start with integrated graphics, but if i'm worng and it does you should be fine on medium.

I have a crappy eMachine that I bought the whole package, monitor, keyboard and mouse included, for $300 and I'm able to run the game. Its a bit laggy even with no one around (I'm gonna hate to see what a full battle will be like), but I'm able to run it. I haven't had a chance to play around with the graphics to see if I can up my fps as I got a message almost as soon as I logged in that the servers were coming down in 15 mins.

maybe. no flying for you though with that RAM. 8GB min. Mine at max assembled it a payday at a time - i5 2500k OC 3.4GHz 2sticks 4GB RAM HD6850 OC at 880 Win 7 64bit

I'll admit, I brought the RAM up to 8GB, but other than that, I've made no changes to the system

Your graphic card wont cut it.
Not only that, but the game is completely unoptimized, especially for AMD processors.

People with terrific gaming machines have been getting unplayable FPS in the midst of battle. Long story short this game uses only a fraction of GPU's power while taxing CPU heavily, resulting in bad lag.

Until they fix this, and it might take a while, only people with the highest level rigs can play this and have fun.

my system is > CPU -- Intel Core 2 Duo 8500
> GraCa-- Nvidia 460 GTX 1024 MB
> RAM -- 2x2 GB
>Windows 7 HP 32bit
and i use nearly all settings at low, but the game not running peacefully. sometimes it runs 1 hour, sometimes 3 hours and then...... bye bye

Thats ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, would you call this a "highest level" Rig? GTx 550 Ti, i5 3470, 4 gig ddr3? Nope its good but not high end, and i'm running on high 40- 70 fps constant. It looks like it only sucks for AMD users.

AMD CPU users are having a bad time running Planetside 2 at the moment - I had to crank all the settings down on my AMD Athlon II 640 & Radeon HD 6770 and disabled shadows (which I done by tweaking the UserOptions.ini file). Normally, I can run modern games at Medium - High settings @ 1080p just fine, but with PS2, it's just about playable at Low settings.

In addition, I would recommend that you upgrade the graphics card and get a power supply from a good manufacturer (assuming you are running a desktop). For the GPU, I would recommend at the very least an AMD Radeon HD 7770 or nVidia Geforce GTX 650Ti.

If you can't afford that or you aren't willing to drop all of that on a graphics card, you can drop down a gear and go for the AMD Radeon HD 7750 or nVidia Geforce GT 650.

I went to BestBuy and they had a Geforce GTX 650Ti for $170 and they installed it for free.

I have the same CPU, 4GB DDR2 RAM and an Asus 550ti, I can run the game on that although in large-scale combat I get a maximum of 20 fps, so you'll be able to run the game as long as you get a dedicated graphics card.

I use a GTX 460 Superclocked Edition and its just fine. Any time I use the GPU its at 50fps or better, and usually better. Ive got most settings on high and a few on ultra. My kids use old 9800 GTX 1Gb cards and the GPU isnt whats holding them back. Its their dual core AMD cpus.

The game runs pretty bad on ATI.
The game will run horribly on integrated gfx.

Lastly; if you need to ask if your pc is fast enough to run PS2, then for sure your pc is not fast enough to run ps2. The game runs really chuggy. Godly machines can easily get down in the teens for framerate.

Toms hardware regularly does thousand dollar game pc builds. Take a look there.
