Platinum Coins

Anyone know of the current fastest way to grind Platinum Faction Coins at a lower level (or period)? I've seen a couple guides with lists of monsters that drop them, but they're all from 2008 or 2009, and I've even seen an update on an actual wiki from 2012 saying that one of those monsters doesn't even drop Platinum coins anymore.

Any help would be appreciated!
