Hell with this game

I say to hell with this game it took THREE HOURS to name my toon ,you have to LOG OUT of the game and relaunch to get back to the avi screen , this is b.s i even used my own real name , keep getting invalid name or name taken it was a waist of an hour of down load and hard drive space

I'm encountering the same problem with the name. It gives me an error but its stuck at the screen so in order for me to try renaming again I have to force close the game. Really? How long has this game been out that its still bugged at character creation. Anybody know another way around this or a fix?

This is not an old bug since I've never heard of it since last time I played. Hopefuly it will get fixed otherwise it sucks!
