Keyboard strangeness - Help?!

Can someone please clarify, I cant find answers anywhere..

1. Can I use the numpad for (lazy stationary) attacks? It doesn't respond, and if I hit numlock, the game minimises to desktop, and my character autoruns. WTF!

2. Capslock is acting like a boss-key, minimising the game screen to a tiny window in the upper left of my monitor. Bless my clumsy fingers, but I hit this ALL THE TIME. Can I disable?

Is this common with AoC? Or is something screwy in my system doing this? I only ask becuase none of my other steam games are behaving like this.
