Play local without bots?
I was wondering if there was a way to play local without bots. two main reason for me: 1. I would like to see if I'm capable of facing the odds alone, and 2. they seem to take gold themselves, and I need that to stop considering they kinda hammer away at everything before I even know it's there.

EDIT: Seriously. is there any way to drop them? I can't play harder modes than casual solo because they like to run in and get killed. They don't seem to do anything but plow through smallers units and get killed in bigger waves and the won't revive you unless they somehow in there tiny pebble of a mind decide that you are more worth it than slaying enemies near you, even if there are only a few. And why do they collect gold??? what do they need it for? it's already hard to get, solo and multiplayer; can we not have bots steal things they don't need or use? Once I finally make it through a dungeon and open the chest, I only get about 20-40% of the loot because the bots run around and take it because they're so damn close I can't shake them; like a bad case of herpies... if not an option to remove completely, can we get some custom AI settings.

1. If bots take the gold, you still get it too, just like with food and other healing items. You lose nothing when they pick it up. Who collects it is only important for the end-game stats.

2. No, there is no way to get rid of the bots unfortunately. We've all had that issue with them running around getting killed, and there is no way around it other than to go slow and play smart. If you stand at the back of the fight, bots will repeatedly retreat to stand near you (you can test this yourself by standing at spawn without moving, see how far away they can go from you before turning back). Running away from a big swarm is a good way to get them to disengage before they die. Aside from that, you just have to bear with it. Only other way is to get some friends to join your lobby, then go afk and let you run ahead on your own.

(Note: making all the bots Warriors greatly increases their survivability, since they right-click block as part of their programming and can endure a LOT more damage this way)
