Bought collection for me + friend, I have DLC items, friend doesn't..

I have searched through the forums here, and haven't found anyone with the same issue.

Basically, I bought the "Dungeonland Collection", which comes WITH the Grimoire DLC, for both me and my friend.

I definitely sent him the collection, and there was no error during purchase.

When I right-click properties, and click DLC, I see "Dungeonland Collection" and under that is the "Dungeonland Grimoire DLC".

When my friend does the same, he only sees "Dungeonland Grimoire DLC", and no "Dungeonland Collection".

It's odd that it would say he has the dlc, but not the original game. O_o

When he logs in to the game and click on the store, it says that he doesn't have any of the costumes or weapons, even though he definitely has the game and the DLC.

Please help! >_< I want to play this game with my friend, but it appears as though he's not able to access any of the free stuff that makes customization a part of the game.

I seem to have the same problem as your friend, and i the collection myself even, so cant be the part about you sending it to him taht is the problem

I have the same problem and a friend too. So 2 out of 3 people I know who got the collection didn't get it properly. I got it gifted, my friend bought it himself. So it doesn't seem to be related to that.

Edit: I did just check and I only have the DLC listed and not the complete edition thing. So something got messed up.

I got the same problem got a gift from a friend dungeonland collection with dlc and armor plus weps but got only normal without dlc and stuff... ;/

i have the same problem! i bought the collection but didnt get any of the items! what can i do now??

I sure hope the Devs or Valve see to this quickly! I've already paid for the game and DLC twice, and my friend isn't able to cstomize his character at all with any of the weapons, armor/costumes. Guys?

Gah...I've been combing the forums, and people don't seem to like the devs very much.. :( Maybe it's because of things like this? It seems as though there's a glich, bug or game-breaker happening FAR too often for this to be considered a "finished" product. Is it still in beta or something?

Is it early access?? O_o

Why does this crap keep happening, and when is my friend going to get what I've already paid for? Come on, devs. You're losing credibility here.
