Developer's Status?

Are the developers still working on this game or did they abandon it because it's been about a month since the last patch. I haven't really read any comments from the developers either. Just wanted to check if they are still alive.

The ability to play.

Hopefully. Starting at 60 frames and eventually dropping to 15 as well as constant stuttering throughout the entire game on a system that can max PlanetSide 2 is obnoxious. Please fix it.
