[Linux] XBOX 360 controller does not work

I use the xboxdrv for my XBOX 360 controller but the game does not recognise it. It does not matter if I use default or mimic mode. All other games work fine.

Started the game on console but I don't get any usefull information.

Anybody have a solution?

Official controller should work out of the box, but you might have luck with the workaround here:

Thank you for your reply. But that solution does not work for me. I have tried everything with the xboxdrv, that is not the problem.

My gamepad works on every game, but only on this it will not recognized.

Having the same issue here. It's odd because it did work before.

I got it managed, I just load the xpad kernel module again and deactivated the xboxdrv driver. Seems that some games only run perfect with xboxdrv and others only with xpad.

try to use that command and don't press control+c them launch the game.

As I wrote, for me it works only with the xpad kernel module, xboxdrv does not work for me with this game. What is strange, because it works on every other game with xboxdrv for me.
