Game Music Bundle: TF2 unlock?

Question for the developers: I recently bought the Tier 3 Bit.Trip Lovers' Bundle from the Game Music Bundle, essentially preordering Runner 2 with a bonus of piles of spectacular music. However, does that "preorder" count as a preorder on Steam? I'd really like to get the sneakers for TF2.

EDIT: No need to answer. The sneakers have been added to the steam key / download list in the bundle, thereby answering my question.
