Changing RU to the normal version? Is it possible?
So is it? At first I thought this was a mistake and if I refunded and bought again I'd get the normal version then... seems unlikely though, it's probably going to be RU again. I live in eastern Europe, I'm not Russian nor do I live there. The game plays fine in English but the RU thing, the absence of background and inability to post reviews does bother me a lot.

Also does this version feature all the updates that the normal version has? Because I remember when unistalling the game, it said the version was 1.0

Well considering it has access to all DLC's game should be updated to latest version... I think only way to get eng version is to use some VPN progs, but as it is now it is a violoation of steam rules and you risk a ban... I wouldn't bother for only those two features... And background can be from screenshot I think like other steam games - you take in game screenshot and steam uses it... And my bet its all becouse of Cenega - its a publisher in eastern Europe countries like PL, CZ, SK, H...
edit: yes, screenshots do work as background for this game... Its also possible to add your own images as background if you really want to ;)

Yep, it's really annoying, but we can't do anything about it.

Steam support didn't help us either. You can check a thread about it in discussions.
