Ghostbuster! Achievement Checklist

I finally got this stupid achievement, but I made a checklist as I went. I didn't see a complete list on here yet so I'm posting it in hopes to save the few poor souls who buy this garbage the headache of not knowing how far you are. I got all these in one playthrough, but I don't know if you need to do it that way, or if you can have it across multiple saves.

Downstairs:
( ) Door with 5 Eyes drawn on it knocks, then jerks.
( ) Walking toward the front entrance, a shadow stops you from moving, you turn around and he has more shadows block you, turn around again and hes in your face.
( ) Burning Mannequin Torso. (I've seen it by the stove)
( ) The light goes out momentarily in the broken saw room.
( ) Cans get thrown randomly at you.
( ) Black mist by front entrance, it stops you, then screams at you, then you see visions of Eyes and other things.
( ) Floating tree with arms rushes at you. (Ive seen this in the puddle room as well as the storeroom on different playthroughs)
( ) Shadow stops you, then you see shadows spinning around you quickly.

Upstairs:
( ) You hear breathing behind you, turn to see a mask that drops after a moment.
( ) Hear clinking toward the dirty mirror, get there to see a reflection of a shadow.
( ) You see rocks near the unmovable chair, then shadow hands come up and chase you.
( ) The ceiling disappears and you see space when you look up.

There are 2 more, but they seem to happen when you have all the other supernatural events viewed already. They probably count toward the trophy as well.

( ) Loud laughing from Anna
( ) Loud whispering


My basic strategy was to stand in one corner, go afk for 10 mins or so, then come back and run around looking for w/e event spawns. Then save, reload, and repeat. Not sure if it helps, but it felt like if you reload your game, it refreshes the house to make a haunting happen more quickly.
If you see an event, your not going to see another one right away.

Lastly, try to re-examine EVERYTHING. As stupid as that sounds, sometimes the events happen quicker when you examine things.

Also, as soon as you go into that last part with Anna's key, your done. You can't get out, and you won't see any hauntings down there. You will get this acheivement before going down there.

You forgot Black Mist that goes towards you and disappear in downstair room. This one is easy to miss because it can come from behind you without you even noticing anything happen.

I found another one. I am not sure if it is needed to get the achievement, as I had not seen the floating head yet. Anyway

Downstairs, the writing "You should have left here" and then "I'm not going to save you this time" appears in the main room wall, directly to the right of the door leading to the puddle room.

This happened after I had already visited the upstairs room, I don't know if it matters.

Anyway, this guide helped me finally get the only Anna achievement I was missing, so thanks!
