Been a long time since I've been into a game like this (Din's Curse)
My eyes are failing, my will is slipping but I just keep going. I play 'less stress' and still the game finds a way to torment you. ie tornadoes, npc fights, vendors run off ect, ect. Sure there's tons of loot (which I've sold when I was broke and in dire straights). I could take on an even easier path by setting the enemy to well below my level but that's boring and you can make it so much harder on yourself but that gets old fast.

The real trick is finding that class you love (or hybrid) and slaughtering the evil. You can always leave a town and make a new one and either give yourself a real challenge or take a vacation and make it easier on yourself. It's up to you but watch out because you may start missing hours or find yourself face down on the keyboard. Man I love this game.

I've got tons and tons of characters (mainly hybrids) ranging from level 10 to 75. When I get "bored" I play a new character. However I would also end up coming back to playing the higher level chars.

The game never ceases to surprise me. Even at higher levels I'm still discovering new things. Even boss status combinations can be surprising.

For more challenge, especially with co-op, Bun and I would play dungeons that are about 10 levels higher than our char level.

yeah! 10 levels or more require team work. The best is when players are around same lvl.
I like the bomb throwing mob best. Makes me run for my life each time i see it coming haha

As for chars, i have tons too. Choice of play depends on if i feel like playing defensive, offensive, spell casting or if i suddenly have an idea for one of the builds or more rare loots for all.

The loot is amazing. One loot change the way i play my warrior completely.
There are simply tons of loot to choose my play style.
I cant make up my mind.

we should make time to play together jedsuspect, But then i prefer to play around lvl 50 - 90 currently. Like u said, find the hybrid thts best played for u. i found a few, so i am sticking to 50-90 for now. Maybe i would train a new char something in the future.

My highest characters is 20 and I'm not in a hurry to multi but resend your friend invite and I'll accept it (hadn't read this yet when I didn't accept it). At least we can compare notes.

Guess I'll add you too.
