Views about new demo for Drox Operative
Hmm the gameplay is entirely new from din's curse.
The game is fun but just dislike one thing. every wep tends to be homing.
Mines are fun though.
i have suggestion
small laser weapons can home on enemy but short range
large laser weapons need a charging delay of 2 sec before blasting in the direction u choose
projectiles do not home into enemies. will shoot at the direction u point at and if it miss, it misses.

I notice that i could dodge enemy projectiles but then mine always homing.
i hope to be able to aim and miss, making the game require aiming skills to play too.

hope steven can consider this as its still a developing game.

I think the homing's alright, and some weapons really do have charge times and they do have ranges.
Later on you'll find that the main problem you'll have would not be the weapons but managing your energy; e.g. choosing a combination of modules to install, choosing the weapons to fire.

sounds gd. there are tons of ships to try. i will try out more.
yup i notice managing energy is tough and will slow u down if u are too heavy.

still hoping for some non homing weapons. i am a fan of shooters too thats why.
exciting when u miss.
