What is your GPU set to do with games that don't run in the TV's native resolution? You might need to change the settings for scaling to have it stretch what is on screen to fit the TV.
Here's AMD's instructions on how to do it if you don't know:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/UnableToSetGPUScaling.aspx
You might just have to use the resolution in the game that is one notch lower than what the TV has, then use Scaling and have it keep the aspect ratio, that's what I had to do when I got my first widescreen monitor.
The options button is below the screen but I can just click the top edge of the box and the game is set to run at 1360X768, I will try setting it lower tonight perhaps 1280X???? to see what happens.
When I use my TV as a monitor I have to shrink the image a bit with the GPU scaling, but it's only 5%, and that's with every game, not just Din's Curse, because of the different way TVs work with resolutions.
Well, hopefully somebody else who knows better than I comes along and can help ya.
