Whenever I start up the game I see the copyright page and it plays the sounds and that is all it does.

I get the same, just wait around five to ten minutes and the title screen will eventually appear.

I had that problem before. Searched the whole internet and couldn't find anything on it... It may be that your computer isn't very good at playing the full intro video (.wmv). To fix it, go to Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Doctor Who Eternity Clock\SMG010Game\Movies. There you should find the .wmv intro named "bbc_logo" and then change the name so that it won't be played when the game starts. (You can change it to anything, as long as it's not bbc_logo)
