What Is the game that continues after this one?

I just beat the game, but there's a giant cliff hanger & I wanna know what happens and keep playing! Is there a sequel, and if there is what's it named? Please help!

When the game was due out in March there had been talk of DLC arriving "a few months" after release. I haven't heard any more talk of it though.

Nothing new in regards to DLC.. Their Twitter and Facebook accounts are selective about what posts they respond to. I haven't seen them respond to sequel comments at all.
