Copy of iPad game?

Is this game an exact copy of iPad game or its mechanics was changed for PC?

Well I hope it's changed since their website touts the touchscreen interface, and that's not PC.

This would run great on Windows 8 and a touchscreen monitor, but not mouse and keyboard.

I was skeptical but I grabbed it after reading that article. I just gave it a brief run and like it so far. I think the controls work fine the mouse and keyboard. I don't feel like I'm missing anything or that the controls are problematic; they work fine for me.
