NO SOUND from orcs talking but game sound working
In game sound works but no sound from orcs talking from any body in game

I fix it. By using a Turtle Beach head set (USB). Where my Sound surround was having this problem. I would try some USB speakers. Hope this helps

Go to sound options you speakers like to reset to surround sound
reset them to headset or whatever you are using

Control Panel < Sound(s) < Right click current sound option < Configure Speakers < Make sure it's set to Stereo. The game wouldn't play for me in 5.1.

This method worked for me. Same thing Nick stated up above, but in English, and step-by-step.
