Custom Blood Traits?

i really would like to make a custom empire that is human but have the quendar traits, is there a way to either change the blood traits or even reskin the quendar to look human?

Yes. Blood traits are in the core abilities files. Race types are in the core race types and core race configs. You will also have to edit a lot of items and abilities to allow them for the new race

Actualy there is alowances for new Race Types and a folder for them, thier definition would be a file in that folder. It may also require the "use mods" switch in options, tho I'm not sure.
