I bought this game sometime ago but now I had to rebuy?

So Basically quite some time ago I had bought this game during a daily deal and I realised today that it was not in my game library. I'm 99% certain that it used to be in my library so I went to check the purchases I've done with my account and I couldn't find Gateways listed there and then I checked my email to see if there is a message from steam telling me that I had bought the game but nope it wasn't there either. I decided to rebuy the game today so that I have it.

I was wondering if steam (or heck maybe the developer) could possibly remove games from your library that isn't free to play or is there a possibility that there is a bug within the steam system or that there was an error with the transaction of the game and until recently it was removed from my library?

I don't need to, I figured out what was wrong...I used to have demo instead of the full game...*facepalm*

Steam, obviously, can remove games from your library. It's kind of hard to deprive that option from a centralized service, however, steam does not forward that ability on to the developer (Or even the majority of their internal staff, probably just fraud investigation, in fact).
