Ill probably just wait some months and then download the most played/better reviewed user custom maps. Right now I just want to finish the game!

Did todays update add the ability to play custom levels? Just because now I see the load button in the menu, but I'm not 100%, if that wasn't there before. And I can't really find the editor itself on the site either.

is this editor going to have Steam workshop support?
I'd like it to get Steam workshop support in there but I'm looking into the technical details at the moment.
First impression: YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH :D

Second impression: the moving platforms are really confusing, I'm not entirely sure how to use them properly.

Noted! It is a beta so things are subject to change. Maybe I need to explain more in the dialog for the platforms. There's a section in the help about the platforms that hopefully makes it more clear.
It does, although the "time offset" is a still bit of a mystery to me. I mean, I know what its purpose is, I just don't really know how to use it.



If there is one oddity I've found, is it normal that the golden orb disappears after you've completed a level? I mean, first it was there, you complete the map, and now it's not there anymore? That would mean that you can't finish the level a second time.

EDIT: I guess that's what the "delete save file" is for on Backspace.

One thing I truly can't figure out, is which wall is the one where you cannot put portals on.
You need to place the metal wall texture. It's a long thin one just below the similar looking concrete texture. They're both near the top of the texture select screen to the right of the main wall texture.

I've made a few puzzles already (and made a thread for it), this is tons of fun :D

I updated the game so I could try the editor, but now I'm getting the error about not having a good enough graphics card for XNA, even though my card worked fine when I bought the game in September. Looking at the changelog, it seems you've added some more complex lighting/graphical stuff in the same update that allows user levels, which might be the reason I can't run it anymore. Assuming these 2 features are unrelated, is it possible to allow custom levels without requiring higher graphics standards?
