Co-op unsync issue

This issue just started recently, it did NOT happened before. No changes were made by either me or my partner whatsoever.

Sometimes, on his screen, I appear to be standing still or either moving in a straight line until I hit something, same on my screen for him. It's basically an unsynchronization between us.

Is this happening to anyone else? Google didn't return any useful information about this issue.

I love how the majority of companies just want you money, they don't even care if the crap they are releasing works, they just want the profit that comes with it. The first game had its flaws but was overall fun, not much to complain about, but THIS, this is ridiculous. I try to move from one area to another but I can't because my partner must be standing by me, and he IS, in both of our screens, but apparently the devs are too lazy to listen to the ones who put money in their hands.

it is true, i got the game when it launch from the first week and played 60+ hours from now. so much old threads reporting same bugs & issue, i believe it was making a loud noise to dev team. guys are helpful bring up things and look forward for patch come out. however, no patch until now. the game was launch quite recent and look at online playing figure and metasource, full of disappointment and the dev team seems abandon the game. when i play with my friends, i never last more than 15mins in one session cause the unsync problem was so annoying and very unenjoyable experience. i forget know how long later, none of us never launch it again from the library list. i sent a request ticket to them once, but they just tried to proof it is your own machine/network problem and told you so striaght there is no way to help you or resolve it. the summer sales might make a spark but the true is the game doesnt worth your money and thats why metasource is so low but underrated. the unsync issue collapse everyone who are truely buying for coop/playing with real life friends. guys never suffer from this will never know. for the guys who love the first one and never be noticed by this issue, still love it.

I sent a ticket as well. They told me to see if my WiFi is setup correctly. Well, if it wasn't I wouldn't be able to be on the internet to begin with, but then again, I don't even use WiFi.

They then asked me to download a tool and send them the results of the test the tool makes. All encrypted. I have no idea on what kind of data they are taking from me. As I had nothing to hide (recently reformatted my PC, nothing installed nor any personal data stored in this computer), I decided to go with it and send them the data. The response I got? "Install a Windows service pack".

Deep Silver support in a nutshell.

But if this is any good, so far, I managed to play for two days without any sync errors, before installing the service pack the support asked me to. Let's see how long this will last.

the tool they provide is a automated program getting information from your system information. just like Start menu->accessories->system tools->system information. yep, they got your system information but it seems nothing about investigation afterward. i have no idea as well, deepsilver keep questionning my network setup. after i sent my system date to them, no any follow up.

I have recently had this issue myself. Playing with my boyfriend and a friend of ours, we would be fine for a while playing, then after some time it would screw up and my BF wouldnt be able to see me anymore next to him. Our friend could see me, but not him.

Funny about that too, when they play the game together.. no issues. I did a resync for my game, did a few other thigns to try and fix it. We played the game throughly before, no issues. I did move however, but my information for my router and whatnot havnt changed.

After a while too, my BF keeps DCing, a lot.. its not fun playing this game anymore when this keeps happening and I KNOW it is not on my end.
