dont run anything on the background (fraps, browser or even origin or other DRM)

TBH, a SSD would probably be your best bet. After I got one, everything loads damn near instantly.

Ok thanks for the tips I'll get an SSD after I try the other method :D

SSD is the best option for game load times. Litterally taking 30 sec loads to about 7-8 seconds. Great investment.
