Did they fix frame rate issues?

Back when I got this game months ago, I uninstalled it because the frame rate was horrible compared to the first one. Is this fixed yet? I would like to give this game another try

hi, i bought my copy last xmas, and had no frame rate problems, the only bug i came across in co-op 4 payers after doing about 2 hours of quests i found my money had gone down, cpuld not buy or sell although it said money found and listed the money i picked up it still showed up as zero cash making it unplayable, i was told to restart from a different chapter and this worked ,
have you got up to date video card drivers, and a powerful enough comp, as this could be your problem

That may have been before the 1.13 patch, which did address a lot of things, so try it again.

Also, even with great video cards, there are two things in this game that can really slow things down. Try turning down shadows and the fsaa setting. Search this forum for fsaa and you'll see a couple of posts with specific instructions. Those two settings make a huge difference.
