did some research online, seems this quest (to collect lunar dew) is not worth the effort. lunar dew has very very very low drop rate. one person said the quest took 4 hrs in one session. thats over 4 hrs of killing desert rabbits. =\ another player said they have been trying for 2 months and had 6/20 lunar dew. the reward is u get a skill that allows u to equip items 10 lvls higher than u normally can. i decided it wasnt worth it. it seems by the time you get 20 of these things u will have leveled 10x from killing rabbits. but it seems if u can stick it out and try completing it in one session, that is the best way.

Where you got your facts for some parts is mostly true, and some false. The false parts are that you are able to equip items 10 levels above your own and the leveling 10(x) times. The quest gives you the skill, that of an Ultimate (Adventurer/Explorer). You also have to complete the quest again (total of 40 lunar dews) to get the skill to level 2, and etc, over and over. Back when they first came out with the quest, the most anyone has ever ♥♥♥♥♥♥, level wise, (from 2 months) is at most level 70-12x.
If you attempt to do the quest again, immediatly after you finish the first one, that won't work. Like a UA, you have to go up every 10 levels to get the next level of the skill. (total of 100 lunar dews after all of the quests)
The Lunar dews do have an extremely low drop rate. Last time I heard (few years back) it was around 0.001% with only 2x drop. (not lieing).
