Too long to load?

sometimes I can get in, but most of the time, it'll take forever on the loading screen and then (if it doesn't kick me) it'll finally load up the world selection and i'll get the "Having trouble logging in? try (website login which wants me to download a GIG -nnnno.- before i can play.)" Mayhaps they should fix this issue. I like to call it the "goldfish memory" of maplestory, where it forgets you put in your info.
