Newbie to Game: Recommended Servers?

I've heard of Maplestory and figured I'd give it a try. I'm not a big fan of Solo play, so I figured I could find some allies to play the game with. Any recommended server for a newbie like me I can join?

I play on Broa. The hacking and scamming community has calmed down in that world.

I play in Mardia. I just wish all the worlds were joined into one.

Heh, cool. I may join Windia server. Anyone care to help me out and show me the ropes? The game looks a little confusing.

There's a lot of in-game tutorial thingies you can follow (Tot's Know How, which is in that side-bar looking thing on the side, and the Maple Guide, which is like a basic guideline as to what you can (but you don't have to) do next.)

Since the new update, a lot of things are different so even some of the older players are confused atm. xD

Ah, a pity, I'm in Broa. Being alone is sometimes boring x) but good luck to you, and hopefully you don't encounter any of the less savoury members of the community. The MS playerbase has worsened over time, so be careful.

Server's up to you mate xD There are miscreants in every single one haha

As for a partner, I may have need of one during party-only quests xD but otherwise I usually play solo. Though who knows, maybe a grinding buddy may make some of the boring parts less monotonous x)

Hehe, well I joined the Broa server at the moment. Currently a Magician. Planing on being an Ice/Lightning Mage. ^^

Ice/Lightning Mage, huh? I may make a mage, as well, one day. So far I have nothing but physical characters (and one battle mage, but I'm not a big fan of it)

Nice. Never been one for close range combat. I prefer Magic, Range, and Healing.
