How do i enchance my clean tyrant cape to potential and bonus potential?
What happens after i use a potential scroll on the item and it success 1 time, what's the different between applying more potential scrolls on it anyways?

How do i upgrade it from an epic potential to unique/superior potential?

Btw, if i have a epic 100% potential scroll and i apply it and lets just say i got a unique/legendary potential scroll 100% as well and i apply it after i already apply applied the epic 100% potential scroll, can i still use the unique/legndary potential 100% on the cape and it will change it's quality/rarity to that grade (unique/legendary) ?

What about red/black cube cubing?

Cause im most likely gonna use the epic potential 100% from hot-time.

Unless you guys have any better idea of upgrading this cape or what i should do (i got like 800 mill).

My range buff is 90k (haven't equipped the cape yet, probably be like 100k+ maybe)

There is no such thing as a unique/legendary 100% potential scroll yet, but let's assume there was. Once you potential an item, you can no longer use ANY potential scrolls on it. Cubing a potentialed item is the only way to change its potential. To get bonus potential on a non-potentialed item requires a bonus potential scroll.

Using black cubes or anything similar to that grants a re-potential a higher chance of going up a rank, but does not garuntee that it will keep that rank.
The rank of thepotential CAN go from rare > epic > unique > legendary, but it can also degrade.

Cubing doesn't degrade unless it says specifically

The last time I checked, which was just a few months ago, cubes had the chance of degrading, but it wasn't often.

Black and red cubes have a 0% chance of degrade, the ones you randomly can get off monsters and bosses have a 1%?ish chance of degrade (It happens so rarely noone really notices it anyway).
