Saved game completely lost

I had been playing Go Home Dinosaurs for over 10 hours and had at least 8-10 achievements, however the game suddenly freezes then crash, I was up to World 3-11 and now the whole save game is lost and so does all the achievements but Steam still said I had been playing the games for 10 hours and asked me to play from World 1-1.

Sent an email to Steam support still waiting for them to respond.

Anyone has this problem and know if it's possible to restore the game yourself even the game was save on steam owncloud?
