Program not responding, game crash help?

I have tried to play this game for 6 months on and off hoping it just starts working. I even built a new PC 2 weeks ago and just now gave it another shot. I still crash at random and can not find anyone running into this? Anyhow out there having the same issue?

I ran into this same problem! I start the game and watch the first scene, once it goes to the loading screen the game crashes everytime! So disappointing =(

It still doesn't work for me. Crashes during game play and between levels completely at random. Have changed several hardware components and fresh installs of windows in the past 9 months and it still never worked. Finally give up.
