you're getting that error because you are trying to create a character that is currectly locked, pick another class that is not locked.(unlocked ones don't have a lock in the top middle.)

He/She is telling the trough and even with a unlocked purchased class I can't create a character. It says that weapons that are unlocked are not in my inventory or something like that.

It is not my fault I tried 1000 combinations and got locks on evry character in creation menu. Its the same bugg the game had when it started before steam was intervering with it.

Close the game, start to choose a new character, and it will be ok...
