I have the title screen freeze issue, and Steam will NOT refund my money.

I doubt ACE gives a damn either. I've tried since launch to fix this issue, and I hate valve's bulls&&t. They took my money and pissed in my face. This also happened with Blood Dragon, and Fez.

yeah, it's a 2 gig model. I stopped buying stuff on Steam, and just pirate now. I'll buy games, but not if they're exclusive to Steam. I want to support Konami and reward them for porting the first Lords of Shadow to PC, so it might be the last purchase I make on Steam. Wolfenstein TNO will be another buy, but I hope I can get it from ID directly. F**k Valve, and screw Gabe Newell for no phone support for Steam.

Yeah sure. It's Valves fault that your low end PC has problems with all those vastly different games. Ever tried reinstalling Windows?
Also you agreed to the fact that there are no refunds when you registered here and now you're complaining?

I have several times, actually. Well, if nothing else, i'll play them on my next machine. Valve has assf****ing horrible customer assistance. Demos would help too.
