green ghost?
can anyone tell me whats up with that guy that lurks around the family plaza and halstedom, and seems to be rendered in 2D?
I think is saw him more often around secrets, but this could be a coincidence.

Oh, man. Creepy. I've seen a ghostly entity near that little dwarf that gives you the chains in Halstedom. I've only seen him when loading the checkpoint. He is at the left side of the dwarf's house, and when you try to approach him, he just runs away behind the house, and you can't see him anywhere. I'm going now to take a screenshot of the spot where I saw him and post it here.

EDIT: Oh, it seems the "Halstedom ghost" appears everytime you approach that area. Here are some screenshots. You can see him far at the left side of the chains dwarf's house:

Aaaaand... he is gone.

I'll try to catch him at the Plaza too.

I LOVE those guys and how they move. It reminds me of old games and is kinda scary. Those stalkers are everywhere!

Another one found at Halstedom!

He is the same that appears near the Chain Dwarf's home in Halstedom. This one doesn't disappear when you approach him, but he is unreachable (he is in a high place on a tower), so probably that's why. Also, another curious thing is that when I saw him up there, he didn't show up at the Chains Dwarf's home... so... it seems they are the same entity.

Lol. Those characters were created to give a sense of higher population. It was a cheap way of adding a few characters without creating new models or hitting the performance. I would have loved to associate them with a secret.

noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! i was pixel hunting for around 2 hours trying to solve the mystery of these sprite people!!! i had convinced myself i was on the right track to busting the case wide open. i went to outskirts and decided that the statues of the figures holding hammers at the cliffs edge were statues of the people who were the proximity triggered "sprites" and when i found 2 of them appearing on a balcony together i took it to mean they were city founders watching over the city from that elevated space. the statues in outskirts totally matched up with a couple of the "ghosts".

I remember being scared by the trio of observers in Halstedom, that are located on top of unreachable hill. When I saw them first I thought they were some special characters observing and plotting something.
