SUPER AWESOME DEAL... (?) $5 on amazon (steam key)

So there it is - this game is on sale now for $5.

Is it worth it? I found the first one pretty, unique, but not really compelling enough to get through. Probably played it a combined two hours on pc+360. The metacritic score is hard to gauge, but some common complaints are apparent.

My gaming budget doesn't allow for much, i have about 80 a month to spend on games.

Would you recommend this one?

I'm not sure if I should buy it right now or wait for Steam's offer; I would love to have the soundtrack and the artbook.

I ended up buying it at amazon. As a $5 purchase i'm impressed with how much it has improved over the first one (there still feels like there's something sticky to the movement, but it is much more responsive than the first, was the first thing i noticed.)

It almost feels like these games are made to be appreciated from an artistic standpoint as much as from a gameplay standpoint, and if you are one to rush through a game and are generally not into the look, your experience will be rather mediocre. At this point it's inspired a couple odd dreams for me, and i bet it only gets more bizarre.

The soundtrack and artbook are probably really awesome, i can only attest knowing the soundtrack so far. Good stuff!

I'll buy it sometime, the first is one of my favourite games and deserves to be called a work of art. Problem is, Special Edition upgrade (which brings the artbook and the soundtrack) costs 7€

I really do get into the world of Zeno Clash, i wonder where the ideas come from really - visually i feel like there could be some influence from The Dark Crystal/Brian Froud.
