Sorry to hear about this. We couldn't find any lag when we were testing this, but can you let me know what kind of system you're running? Were you using a wired or wireless controller? If you unplug the controller during gameplay, does it speed back up, etc.?
Thanks,
B.
I responded to a similar post, and wanted you to see this too; I think I've isolated the problem, but since I can't recreate it here, can you please try the following test file and let me know if this runs appropriately for you?
I'm uploading a file to Dropbox; it should be ready to download by 4:00PM EST:

I'm going to have to see if there's a better way to program the controller support than the way I currently have done so. In the meantime, please accept my apologies that the game isn't performing the way it should with your Xbox pad.
Would you mind trying out another test file? I have one ready to see if this causes less joystick lag. If you have a few minutes, please try this one out and let me know if it helps any.
Thanks for your patience.

Much appreciated.
