Download- http://www.fileplanet.com/205418/200000/fileinfo/Texmod-v0.9b
Primal Carnage's main executable file can be found here:

3. Rename TexMod.exe as PrimalCarnageGame.exe
4. Run the beta through Steam. It'll open TexMod.

5. Go to Package Mode, select the .TPF file that holds the modified textures.
6. Click Run!

4C. Select an output folder, then click Run.
5. Once in-game, navigate through the textures using the + and - keys on the number pad. Preview is at the top right. If a texture is on the screen in front of you, it will highlight green when selected whilst browsing.
6. Press Enter on the numpad to export a texture.
7. Close the game. The textures files should be in your selected output folder.
8. After editing them, go to "Package Build." Select a definition file. This will be the log file generated when you exported the textures. Probably called texmod.log
9. Click build.
9A. If you have an error message, it's because you moved the files from the folder you originally extracted them to.
10. Go to "Package Mode" and select your the .tpf file you just built.

Bear in mind there are multiple versions of each character at different resolutions. You'll have to alter them all for the character to appear modified at all distances.
