Download the demo...It's great
Really surprised by this, a lot of fun and a pretty lengthy demo. Bought.

I was just about to create a similar thread. I played the demo for about 30 minutes and just immediately closed it out, went to the store page, and bought the full game. I think the moment I started riding around on the back of a wolf, gobbling up enemies and leaping insane distances, I was sold. Awesome game! Can't wait to see what surprises the full version has in store.

Crazy epic boss fight in the demo as well.

Great game!

Completely agreed.

this game is epic!

Call me a parade rainer but it feels like I'm playing in slo-mo, everything is sluggish, at least compared to games like Shoot Many Robots (and it's not my rig). I also think the aiming controls are imprecise using kb/mouse OR XB360. Rocks and boxes get in the way, enemy AI get's stuck on the environment, etc.. Maybe I just didn't play long enough. Def play the demo before you buy it.

Here's some gameplay footage I recorded: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOdQrdgEqQA
@Think!: I'm not quite sure what you mean by slo-mo. On my end, it seems OK. Does it perform like it does in my video, or is it slower? Perhaps it's related to your version of Flash?

seen this on a total biscuit episode, fantastic game, amazing boss fights. Highly reccommended.

I understand what Think! says about the "slo-mo" -- the gameplay has a 'floaty' feel to it. Don't let that hold you back though... this is a SOLID game.

Picked this up on a whim because it looked good. I'm enjoy it, but it does have some minor issues. I'm playing with a 360 controller and the controls feel a little awkard and are occasionally unresponsive. Sometimes the guy won't jump when he should and sometimes he won't jump in the direction I want him to.

Also, the physics in the game are a bit wonky at times and it's annoying how debris will sometimes sit cluttering up the screen for several seconds, preventing from collecting pickups or even just from moving forward. While debris eventually disappears, dead enemies don't and sometimes they'll be lying on top of something you want to pick up, making it annoying to do so.

Those are minor issues though. They may be improved in a patch, though even if not it's a fun enough game to be worth overlooking its problems.

Sick game. For all of you who may not know, the prequel is a flash game available to play for free on various sites. I recommend checking that out first, just to see the mechanics of the game, although the boss fights and other new features of the second blow it away!

One of the best games created in my town. Bought.

I only played the demo, but this game seems great. Reminds me of all the time (not to mention, the money) I spent on all the Metal Slug games. Any idea if there is/will be coop multiplayer in the full version ?

No. Full game has no coop nor multiplayer. Just single player.

However game is amazing.
Amazing graphic and fresh new physics experience. Physics really are some kind of uncomfortable one, but if you get used to it you will enjoy. Knowing that it was created mostly by one developer I just have no words. Amazing.
