Game crash after recruiting first agent

I just started the game today. When i first tried to recruit an agent the game always crashes. Does anybody know a solution for this problem???

Same problem. I expect this with 10$ indie titles not 60$ AAA titles.

me too. what a bust. i can't start the game anymore. it tries to open but just spins its wheels forever.

Not going to bother. I bought most of the other Total War titles- this will be the last. Tried playing the campaign and didnt play for an hour before another CTD. Just going to turn the other cheek and avoid any games from this developer in the future.
