Yet another new patch?
Currently Steam is downloading a sizeable patch for TWR2. Patch 10 just came out and already another one?

Yep, a patch which prevents you playing the game. Look in these topics about not being able to launch the game.

I can't explain in one post mate, lol. Just look at these topics, they'v copied someone's mod and put it in vanilla, the list goes on.

Yeah, it seems across the board the game will not start, and if it does it crashes a few minutes in. lol This is awesome. I think CA needs to leave it alone and just keep letting the modding community make the game better. That simple.

Just read the details on the wiki. It is adding seasons. So there goes the 24 turns per year mod I use. 24 turns of winter attrition. Crap...

Also, just going to add some CA logic here, if you don't have a TPY mod, 1 turn = 1 year = 1 season? HTF does that work? lol

He actually mentiones and imo recommends getting a turns per year mod on the video! TEH CHEEK OF IT!

hmm strange i just played rom2 and saw some changes like thorax swordsmen now wear roman mails. Carthage now can recruit merc iberian noble fighters

The question is, why would the public face guy go and mention a mod in the first place?! because they know it should be 4tpy, they just dont have the time with the next DLC in the works... IMO

no its not true, they added seasons BUT the season MOD used the original cig weather. so nope.
also they added wonders. and some bug fixes :)

be glad they keep patching the game i still remember alot of guys saying ca has given up upon this game after patch 2 etc blablabla

its over i give up this is the way its gonna be now with all games i guess.. some peole dont like change i feel that this may be a good thing ..

The update is awsome people stop moaning this is great news and im sure if it causes crashes they will fix it soon also this is much better than the seasons mod although the mod is great there is only so much modders can do, also this patch is much more than seasons

because they support modding and they know people like you will cry. but you will anyway so.
