Also the graphics stay on low in game, no matter if you configure them or not.

Anyone else having issues with using a xbox 360 joystick?

battle of wake island in the US campaign wont load and cannot be skipped with C+O+M(saw that combo in a different thread) since it crashes before you can load into the map

First off, if the developers read this, I want to say thank you for porting your game to Linux!

Now, onto the issues I've encountered.

With the plane controls, I constantly experience a weird problem with the Y-Axis. When flying, there will be moments where I can fly upwards, but cannot fly downwards. Then, later on, suddenly I'll be able to fly downwards but not upwards (so I fly into the ocean and die). [Still on the training mission]

The controls I have tried are with my keyboard, with the mouse, and with the Joypad (using my Saitek X52 controllers).

Is there a way to fix this issue? I have tried setting the controller in joystick config section but the problem persists. Lastly, does Air Conflicts: Pacific Carriers support the Saitek X52 controller?

I haven't tried my 360 controller yet, does that work for anyone?

System specs:
OS - Ubuntu 13.04 32bit
CPU - Intel i7-4770
GPU - Nvidia GTX 680
Controls - keyboard, mouse, Saitek X52

We have ordered X52 a few days ago, but no response on the order yet...

I will ping the supplier what's the status on the order...

We need the hardwar to check out fort he possible solution.

Thank you Slnecnica!
It's good to know that the devs are aware and working on the game still :)
If there's any additional information you need from me, let me know.

I'm having a weird issue. Using a logitech attack 3 with "simulation" controls, moving the joystick shows my plane's flaps and rudder moving, but the plane just flies in a straight line. It's bizarre. Then, if I throttle down to zero, the controls suddenly start working. So I can only turn and stuff if I'm running zero throttle.

Im trying to play this game with a Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2 and my gamepad buttons do not register in the game. I can use the gamepad in wine's control panel so I know its connected and working properly.

I play with it, too. It works

About joystick problems:
Every joystick has a different axis layout, so not all of them will work "out of the box". You may need to configure them in the Joystick Config in the Options menu (only available if joystick control mode is enabled).

I've reproduced the bug. Will be fixed in the next patch.

Please check it out, the update has been released...

The Y-Axis bug still exists for me. When I first take off, I'll only be able to go upwards very little but I'll be able to dive down no problem. Once I've dived down, there's no way for me to fly back up. This is with the mouse and keyboard. I have not tried with the x52 yet, I'll have to set that up first.

Looks like I'm also experiencing the graphics bug. After watching the trailer, I realise my graphics don't look the same at all with those despite setting everything to the max.

Thank you for continously working on this.

System specs:
OS - Ubuntu 13.10 32bit

Controls - keyboard, mouse.
