How to play 'City on Water' and 'Lab' on Co-op?

Okay, I feel a bit dumb asking for this, but I got the game recently and played entirely in co-op the vanilla levels + bonuses with a friend - we don't have the dlcs yet.
Now I realize there are two more free maps, Lab and City on Water, which are in DLC levels section.
But... how to play them in co-op? I cannot figure out how to do that!
My feeling is DLCs levels cannot be played in co-op, but I'd like to be contradicted :)

Just go campaign > co-op mode > create co-op mode > then press show dlc leves on the right side > and then choose city on water or lab level

I just checked but there is no 'show DLC level' in co-op mode...

hmm, is your dlc levels ( lab and city on water ) installed or downloaded correctly ?

Yeah, I already did that before posting this 3d, but the files were verified correctly.
I can play those levels in single player without any problem.
Maybe because we don't have any DLC? Probably a bug (since the game has many I wouldn't be surprised) prevents us to play even the free levels.

I've found many bugs/glitches in the game. So... nope XD
There's still tons of work to do by the devs. But I guess they won't fix them...
An example: the grenade launcher of the stakegun that makes the same sound like you shot a stake is the most notable, probably is there since day 1.

I mean the problem you are having, not the other game glitches. I know there is many glitches.
