Alright, do you use two monitors?
If you do, unplug one of them and try again. :)

Hello. First of all sorry if I write here with the help of google translator, my English is not very good. I bought yesterday on Steam, on offer, the package Web Collection, and finding exactly the problem mentioned here. I'm on XP Home 32-bit sp 3 (Spanish version), intel core 2 quad 9550, ati radeon hd 9870 1 gb, 4 gb ram. When I start the program, in section Play button WorkShop is idle. If I try to quit the program, going into the Community \ WorkShop and I subscribe to a few games, then restarting the program and the same steam, even several times, I can select a game and put it in download. But at the end of the download, pressing the play button, nothing happens. Documenting me in the forum and in these pages I have tried the recommended solution, after several failures, also making sure to fit the language of my system (Prompt commands set LOCALAPPDATA returns the following value, I think correct "C: \ Documents and Setting \ Usuario \ Configuración local \ Application Data ". I also checked the chace integrity of the application, as well as install and uninstall the program again. With my limited knowledge I can not do more. I would be really grateful if someone could help me. Thanks!

Hola.

No offense;) thanks instead to answer! The system memory is 4 GB (although xp 32 bit will only recognize 3 ), 1 gb memory was related to the graphics card. You spoke instead of an update ... In the properties of the program, I have selected (automatically updates) and I tried to re-install the program from a few hours .. I can try something different (some manual update procedure)? Thanks again for your response!
