Can Steam make a Sega Special Offer promotion?

I really love Sega games and the megadrive, however i don't often see a SEGA special advertisment, recently with the birthday of Sonic 2 i have been playing sega games but i am yet to buy any on steam, so it would be nice to see some Sega love and maybe a promotion for the company and thier games. Showing some Sega love never hurts.

Yeah not sure why your asking here but its almost certain all the sega games will be on sale at christmas
