Go to "C:\Program Files\Steam\userdata\[random number]\214830 and delete whats in the folder. Then start steam in offline mode so it cant access your Cloud save. Play the game and create a new profile. Then turn the game off and restart steam in online mode. When you go to play the game again its going to tell you that your local save and your cloud save dont match up. Choose the option that says something like "upload your local save to the cloud".

Just keep in mind that that will obviously delete your old game. You cant have 2 saves at the same time.
