I don't get it (Spoilers)
So they try to rob an airport, fail, escape and crash. Twice? And your robotgirlfriends tries to shoot you? And the marrige was just an aside? Is the whole thing a metaphor? I dont get it. Music was cool tho

Well spoken. There's no set-in-stone answer for anything, a lot of it is left to interpretation and conceptual clues. Look at the quote next to "The End" panel.

I would have to agree. Reviews talk about brilliant storytelling and subtle nuances while all I see is very short story (not a game) with no point whatsoever. Guy meets accomplices, tries to pull heist, fails and tries to escape, all told achronologically in an attempt to be clever...ow yea, there's also a wedding somewhere in between, no idea what that is about. The most overrated "game" I've ever played. Give me a team of programmers and I'll write 7 "games" like this each week.

Well, yeah. I don't want to seem too harsh, tho. Cuz i did enjoy my time with the (not a) game.
I really am curious as to what people are raving about, because i wanna get it, but I just dont

I'm with you, I spent the whole time trying to figure out what I was missing, both with the story and the gameplay (I felt I had no clue what I was doing) and then it was over before it began. Good music, and I didn't hate it, but I wanted to like it and couldn't.

I agree. I feel dumb for not getting it. Is there anything to get? After IGN and Rock Paper Shotgun gushing I thought it would be amazing and it's just. . . pointless. Waste of money.

I guess the important thing to realize is that the scenes are told out of order. Other than that I'm not sure.

I just feel robbed. If you want to be artsy and individualistic, that's cool. But to have a rock and roll trailer that promises to blow you away and then deliver a drab and dull series of non-linear cut scenes, I can't see the justification in asking for money.

Terrible game. even one episode of a tv show is longer than this. Even an ad break is longer.
Bad. Bad. BAD! Dont get it! My friend completed it in 8 minutes! Its pretty much an interactive cutscene. this game should be free. 5 dollars for 5 minutes of cutscene and 3 minutes of game. Besides, it makes no sense. i bet they wont even make a sequel. so all this confusing story is just some random thing that wont be explained. Rip-off. Play it if you always wondered what it would be like to be robbed or to regret buying something.

Also, you get it for the experience of watching it. so just watch it on YT. there's no spoilers. its not long enough to be spoiled.

I made the mistake of buying the game due to IGN's gushing "The most impressive digital short story of the year", what a crock. The story was cool and original when Reservoir dogs did it 15 years ago.

Adding the fact that it is the buggiest game I have ever played, I had to resort to playing it on underpowered laptop to get it to work without crashing. Worst game I have ever bought.

Games like this and Dear Esther really put a black mark on "indie" games. I deeply regret spending $10 for 80 mins of "gameplay" so I can only imagine people's rage over spending $5 for a 10 min game. Why do devs think this is acceptable? Think about this Blendo Games, how would you like to spend $5 for a 10 min game?

At least when you spend $5 for a lunch you are usually eating with friends and having a nice chat for 15-30 mins...

Yeah I hardly spent any money on this, but god, I really didn't like it or care for the story.
Not when I had a much more fun time with say The Stanley Parable, which was free, and to me, very very good with a superb narrative.
