Metascore of 88 for doing what?

This game is like those weird 5 minute animations that you sometimes come across in television. It is interactive story with very little to interact with.

I really do like unique games, but does this "demo" deserve 88 points? No it does not. It deserves barely 40 points.

Yes it's a short game, but it has a great story if you actually sit and pay attention :P
For what it is, I agree with the metascore and if you disagree, well that's ok.

I personally thinks it deserves more. Games should be rated on quality of content alone, not price or length. This game provides a lot of insight into the creation of this and other games. Blendo game studios is one of the rare studios out there making games as an actual art. Some just make really fun interactive games but this, this tells a complete story and if you are a fan of reservoir dogs or pulp fiction I can't see how you don't simply love this game.

well everyone can have an opinion, I think it is fantastic and certainly one of my favorite games I played latley. It is like many have said an interactive story like dear esther, its a genere that doesn't appeal to the masses though for me it was right up my alley. As an animator and developer I can pull more enjoyment out of it by how much they pulled off with minimalist graphics, no dialogue, no overlays and no cinematics.

That's the thing, no one fell in-love in Reservoir Dogs. The story is like Reservoir dogs and shares points with it but doesn't completely copy it. Nor do I think it's a 100% homage. The gameplay is exploration. I've found things, people and places that most people probably hasn't. If you play the game slowly you find out a lot more than what you do in the "5 minute runs"

There is so little to play in this game that finding something that you did not see in previous playthrough is used as gameplay. This is a same as saying blank piece of paper is a book. If you use magnifying glass to look at the paper you notice that it is not as smooth as it looks nor is it totally white. There are also black dots in the paper.

I would play CoD instead of Thirty Flight Of Loving, if I just owned CoD. Both games have similar metascore, but without anything backing it up. ... Hmm, except for delusional fans maybe.

During this game all you do is fly around in a ship, drop crew off at a planet, They attempt to do their best at the mission and at times give you a choice on what to do. Overall there isn't more gameplay here than TFOL, in fact I would argue TFOL has more gameplay than my game.

I liked it very much. Yeah it's short but I liked the atmosphere, the music and the oddness.

Metascores are just arse anyway, read a real review.
