Now how about some Trading Cards?
Would be nice to have some cards dropped into my inventory as I struggle with the Story Mode on Difficult :)

Fairy Bloom Freesia getting cards is incredibly unlikely to happen, since there are far better-known games that don't have cards - in fact, only four games do have cards and they're all Valve games, while Fairy Bloom Freesia is both third-party and relatively obscure. I agree it would be nice though.

Basically, it's completely Valve's choice and calling it a million-to-one chance would be somewhat optimistic.

You haven't checked the list lately, have you. If Faerie Solitaire can get cards, I think Fairy Bloom can as well. http://steamcommunity.com/tradingcards/faq

Borderlands 2
Don't Starve
Dota 2
Half-Life 2
Portal 2
Team Fortress 2
Left 4 Dead 2
Sanctum 2
Go Home Dinosaurs!
Triple Town
Cubemen 2
Monster Loves You!
Really Big Sky
Faerie Solitaire

New games added to list every Tuesday and Thursday.

Hmm, I do apologise, I had indeed not checked the list. Last time I looked, it was just Portal 2, Team Fortress 2, Half-Life 2 and... probably L4D2 or something. That greatly elevates the probability of it happening, but Fairy Bloom Freesia is still a lot more obscure than most of those. Not Faerie Solitaire, admittedly.

...Actually, I didn't even know that list existed. I've been kinda out of the loop.

Now look at games added today:

FTL: Faster Than Light
1... 2... 3... KICK IT! (Drop That Beat Like an Ugly Baby)
Strike Suit Infinity
Zach Zero
Tower Wars

Aside from FTL, how do any of the rest stack up with Freesia?
Ironclaw Jun 12, 2013 @ 4:22am
Although I'd still argue that Tower Wars might be better-known than Freesia, I give in. I've never even heard of Strike Suit Infinity before, somehow.
...Curse you, now I'm actually hoping this happens. What do you think the cards would be? The first four bosses? The three humanoid bosses and Freesia?

Edit: Or, for something a little different: Vortex, Jomon Tree, Plum and Listine?

If 123 kick it can get cards... this game sure as hell can (as long as they want them)

this game is too awesome for steam cards

Cards would mean more money to make / translate / publish more great games!

Noooo promises, but we're looking into it with Capcom now.

Neat, thanks (both to Nyu for the info and the OP for suggesting it). I won't be holding my breath, but would be nice to have an excuse to keep hammering at my second/third Cruel playthrough. I forgot how brutal this game gets after about Day 10.

We just had an update from Capcom that they won't go live until after the summer sale, but they're on the way! :)
