We released co-op mode after initial launch at the high request of the community. They're pretty difficult to create.

I think you just volunteered to create the next co-op map when Workshop goes live. ;D

Co-op was added already for free. I'm sorry you expect more free content that we can't offer.

With all of the content we've added and the price reductions, I think you're getting a great value. Sorry you're not happy with your purchase.

I would like to add that I would happily pay for a co-op map pack to be honest. Really love the mechanics and gameplay with this game but the 1 co-op map is a shame as I play a lot of co-op games - we've played this map a lot and still go back to it though. Please show us some more co-op goodness even in paid for DLC!

I second that suggestion -- I, and my co-op playing friends would LOVE more maps! We'd all buy them as DLC.

same here, I've only just started playing with a friend, but we'd both love to purchase additional maps if there was that as an option! :)
