AeroflyFS NOT WORKING!

Hi everyone!

I'm new to AeroflyFS so here's the thing...

I installed it twice....

I Verified it each time and both times got a 'failed' message, saying the the file cannot be verified and it will be downloaded again...

When I try to run it, I get the message that AeroflyFS has stopped working....

I don't know what to do, any help?

same here pizarro. been working for a while, but since the last patch, its all gone tits up again. i've had my pennies worth out of the game since launch, so cant grumble!

i've logged a support request with aerofly, perhaps they'll get around to fixing the issue at some point.

hi there, try to update your video card driver (nVidia or ATI). If it didnt work, try to send an email to aerofly FS support: http://www.aeroflyfs.com/support.php

I had a problem verifying telling me I had no internet connection. I did the manual verification and it booted up no problem. (Win 8) My best guess is do the manual verification.

Mine wont even load just got it not pleased and cant play it!!! so angry FML there goes 18 quid!

Try the various compatibility modes on the aerofly-fs.exe file. One of them will work for you.

Certain you were modifying the aerofly-fs.exe file in steamprog/steamapps/common/Aerofly FS/ folder? Right click on the file ... select properties, then compatibility, then select OS version.

I have had to change from WinXP, to Vista, and back to Win7 in the time since purchase in order to make it work. It can be a pain to change it when it suddenly won't load, but the sim is worth the effort ... until this bug is squashed.

Just pick Win7 at the bottom of the list, "Apply" the change, and try running it. No luck? Pick WinXP SP3 and try again ... then try Vista ... ect. (all assuming you are using Win7). I feel confident one of those will work for you.

how do i find my aersofly-fs.exe file? im on a alienware m15x i have a windows 7 premium and vid card of radeon hd 5850 any help would be very helpful, im really excited about this game...my actual problem is i click the game and it just gets super pixelated and cant do anything

None of them worked win 7 looked like it did then it just said program stoped working :/ dam this any other ideas?

i run win 7 64 bit yes

No matter what i do or what settings i use on the laptop it still gets stuck at loading aircraft Cessna 172sp... and the process goes from about 400.000 k memory to about 2.8 million and just stops and freezes no response. i tried what Rattner said, i get an error message that says it's not compatible but if i press cancel instead of being a blurred mess when loading i can make out the aircraft on the page etc.
