Sadly I doubt it. Thus is the Steam game market. Happened several times to us at home here, and no refunds are ever made when these things occur. It's just a matter of being unlucky with sales.

Just think positive, you only lost 5 dollars.
It could be much much more.

I bought it yesterday. I decided that it was unlikely that it would ever go on sale.

Oops.

I've made more expensive errors in judgement.

Tip: If you ever want a game wait for Steam Sale that happen a few times a year mostly all game will be on sale for around 25%, 50% or 75% off thats a great time to buy game in my opinion.

Same thing here, bought the game saturday and now it's on sale. For the same amount of money I could own all the expansion packs they have on sale.
It's a bummer.

Worse than that, i suck at this game... poorly

Its like getting something from the supermarket and see that product has a discount the day after. No valid reason to get that discount after you paid full price. A bummer yes, but not much you can do

It happens to all of us since Steam loves its sales. Just this past summer sale I bought Civilization 5 Gold Edition for $25. Lliterally the next day it goes on flash sale for $12.50.
